Encon strengthens merchant team

Encon Insulation, a specialist distribution division of The Encon Group, continues to invest in its teams and its support for merchants with the promotion of two employees to National Account Manager positions.

James Robinson, previously Encon’s Business Development Manager – North West, has been promoted to National Account Manager – North, while Simon Bracken develops from the role of Regional Sales Manager, Merchants – South East, to National Account Manager – South. James will cover all the Northern and Central areas, while Simon focuses on the South East, South West and Eastern regions. Both roles confirm Encon’s commitment to provide the best service and support to builders’ merchants on a national scale.

James and Simon joined the business in 2018 and have built a wealth of experience in the builders’ merchants’ sector. Their successful progression to senior roles reflects their significant development and achievements over the last five years, playing a pivotal role in driving sales opportunities for merchants, delivering reliable service and building long-term relationships.
