Builders merchants EH Smith has launched a new e-commerce website.
The site is one of a number that the company has introduced including BrickSmith, an online brick selection service for self builders and design professionals.
The challenge, according to EH Smith’s Martin Colvin was to develop a site that would attract the public wanting to buy one off items for DIY at home as well as trade buyers placing larger orders.
“The clear navigation around the site allows greater accessibility for our varied audience which ensures that whatever building supplies you need, you’ll be sure to find them quickly and easily.”
The site also has an account area which allows users to login and view their past purchasing history.
