CRH eye up Wolseley’s Stock

Irish building materials giants CRH are believed to be considering becoming the partners of builders merchant group Wolseley in a joint venture for the latter’s American arm, Stock Building Supplies.

Wolseley have said that they will close the business, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, by August if either a buyer or a joint venture partner cannot be found.
