Covers buy three branches

Covers timber and builders merchants have announced the acquisition of One Stop Building Materials and Crinda Landscape Supplies. The businesses provide three new sites for Covers customers in Horsham, Worthing, and Rudgwick; taking the total number of Covers depots to 14.

The two sites in Horsham and Worthing were previously operated by One Stop Building Materials while the Rudgwick site traded as Crinda Landscape Supplies. David Frazer, director of One Stop Building Materials and Crinda Landscape Supplies, will continue to be responsible for the three new depots, under the Covers brand, as commercial manager.

Covers md Steve Osborne said “We are delighted to have these three new locations under the Covers banner, which will enhance our trade offering and service levels in the mid Sussex area. We also welcome David Frazer and his team to Covers together with their wealth of experience.”
