We recognise that during these uncertain times businesses will the need the biggest competitive advantage they can possibly secure  to come out stronger from this crisis – not just to survive but to innovate, differentiate and pursue opportunities as and when they arise.  More often than not the people a business employs are its biggest asset.

Both organisations offer this specialist support to the construction and trade merchant sector.

Nick Summers of Business Growth Coaching has over 30 years sector expertise working at all levels up to senior board positions and offers nationwide bespoke coaching, mentoring, and consulting services. During Nick’s career he has worked in, and for nationals, regionals, independents, private equity backed, and family run businesses, giving him a great understanding of the demands, needs and expectations of a merchant. Nick is a highly inspirational and motivating coach/leader and will guarantee to add value whilst engaged at a client’s business.

Neil Holloway established Wilson Brook Consulting in December 2018 as a specialist boutique executive search consultancy.  Neil has 20 years of experience in executive search, predominantly within the building products, builders merchanting and trade distribution sectors.  He has helped businesses recruit from board to senior management level across most functional areas, dealing with a similar range of company types and sizes as Nick.  A recent notable appointment was Ian Church as the new MD of Buttle’s.

Neil said: “Getting recruitment right is clearly very important.  But I’ve wanted to take a broader view across all people related matters for some time now.  My relationship with my clients doesn’t stop once the successful candidate starts.  I take a personal interest in the success of that company and the careers of the individuals I place.  By joining up with Nick and Business Growth Coaching I now have a professional partner who can deliver a wider range of complimentary services.  It’s a win-win for all concerned”.

During these unprecedented times businesses will be put under immense pressure to survive, perform, and even grow which will require exceptional support, resilience, and tenacity. By working with Wilson Brook and Business Growth Coaching you will have access to a unique package of services helping you through these very challenging times.
