City Plumbing promote prizes for points

Plumbers merchants City Plumbing Supplies, part of merchant group Travis Perkins, have launched their annual trade points promotion today, September 1.

City Plumbing promote prizes for points

Trade customers will collect reward points when they buy any of over 950 featured plumbing, heating and associated products, which will be converted into Marks & Spencer or Leisure vouchers.

This year’s scheme is called “Points Mean Prizes” and has an extended promotional period so customers can earn points until December 31. Each point is worth 1p in vouchers – and with some products worth thousands of points, vouchers will soon add up. Points are automatically added to the customers’ account after each transaction, and tallied up for the whole qualifying period.

New for this year is a process of mailing out vouchers to customers in two goes – in time for Christmas for points earned up to November 30 and again in January for points earned in December.

“For many of our customers, the points potential is extremely high,” says City managing director John Frost. “With over 200 more products earning points than last year and an extended promotional period, trade customers can build up their vouchers much faster, and benefit from receiving vouchers both before and after Christmas.”
