City Plumbing has unveiled a new addition to its industry-leading My City Plumbing Rewards programme, offering members the opportunity to redeem points on exclusive, personalised experiences arranged by a dedicated travel and hospitality expert. To mark the launch, City Plumbing is giving away a four-night trip to New York to one lucky member.
The new service allows customers to choose from a range of memorable experiences that are all meticulously planned and tailored to them. Options include tickets to top sporting events such as the Six Nations and Premier League, concerts like Abba Voyage as well as festival passes and spa breaks.
Katherine Ramsden, head of marketing at City Plumbing, said, “We know how hard our customers work all year, and many don’t make enough time to take a break and reward their graft. This new service is the perfect way for members to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience, a much-needed break, and let someone else arrange it all for them.”
To celebrate the launch of the new service, My City Plumbing Rewards members can enter a competition to win a trip to New York. The luxury trip for two includes 4 nights accommodation in Manhattan, flights, a Broadway show, ice skating, a river cruise and even a helicopter trip. To enter, customers need to spend £500 (ex VAT) with City Plumbing in November or December 2024. Those who spend £1,000 will receive three entries, while customers spending £1,500 will get five entries. Customers can enter as many times as they wish.
My City Plumbing Rewards recognises and rewards tradespeople for every purchase they make, with no minimum spend required to start earning points. The programme offers a wide range of rewards, from TVs and holidays to smartwatches and gift vouchers from leading retailers, as well as the option to use points as credit against a City Plumbing account. Members also enjoy exclusive discounts and promotions and the chance to win prizes through a monthly draw.
