The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) is hosting its next Skills and Training Conference at the Marriott Hotel in Cardiff on January 28.
The event will include workshops and talks from key members of CITB’s executive and senior leadership team, including CEO Tim Balcon, executive director customer engagement and operations Deb Madden, and engagement director for Wales Julia Stevens. The conference is also an opportunity for CITB to engage and consult with registered employers and training providers face to face.
CITB’s executive director customer engagement and operations, Deb Madden, said: “Attending one of our conferences and hearing directly from us is the best way to learn about what’s on offer from CITB. It also gives employers the chance to network with like-minded companies and meet with training providers.
“This conference brings together voices from across the industry to discuss many different topics and ensure the workforce has the skills, confidence and all the opportunities that are needed to thrive.”
