He joins CCF from Saint-Gobain Isover where he was head of technical for the last three years and before that, in a number of roles including production and project management. With a wealth of experience in the built environment, his new role will be instrumental in strengthening the CCF’s insulation technical capabilities.

Berg said: “The building industry is constantly evolving and there are further changes that will impact on the sector over the coming months – not least the changes to Part L of the Building Regulations and those around high rise buildings. Through the growth of our technical function, the CCF business will be much better positioned to help our customers through these changes, enabling them to make the best possible decisions for each and every development.”

Craig Newman, national sales director at CCF added: “Jolyon is a fantastic addition to the CCF team and will be instrumental in the development of our technical offering, not least in the insulation space. Internally he will also develop some of the company’s business support functions, which will see a greater level of intelligence across our portfolio and in turn, support our customers businesses even further.”
