Caple appoints new North East development manager

Caple has appointed Alix Thompson as North East development manager.

This appointment follows the retirement of Phil Smith, who has stepped down from his role after handing the reins to Thompson.

Thompson comments “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my first month at Caple and have appreciated the chance to get to know the team. Phil has been exceptionally supportive from day one, and his guidance has made settling into the role far easier than I ever expected. After joining him on customer visits, it quickly became clear that he’s set the bar impressively high. With my background in the appliance sector, I’m hopeful the transition will feel like more of a natural progression than a leap into the unknown. I’m excited to get out and meet more customers and building the relationships that will shape a long and rewarding future with Caple.”
