Before joining the lintel manufacturer, Campbell was business development manager for building chemical supplier SIKA Everbuild, where she was responsible for the product range growth and promotion.

She has more than 14 years experience within the sales industry working with Scottish merchants and has also held roles within industry-leading sales merchants and manufacturers.

Campbell’s aim is to grow and develop the Catnic range of lintels and building components with the national and independent builders merchants, contractors and housebuilders throughout Scotland.

“I am delighted to be joining Catnic,” she said. “The company has a great reputation in Scotland and I hope my local knowledge and experience will be beneficial to the whole business.”

Mike Murphy, Catnic sales & marketing director, said: “Karen brings with her more than a decade of experience within the construction sales industry so she will be a great addition to the Catnic team. I am confident that her appointment as Area Sales Manager will ensure that our growing range of high quality steel products will continue to be the first choice for builders across Scotland.”
