Buildbase takes superbike to Housing show

Builders merchant brand Buildbase borrowed a 1000cc superbike from the Buildbase BMW Superbike team to feature as the stand showpiece at the Institute of Housing annual conference and exhibition in Harrogate.

The Grafton Merchanting GB stand was promoting its Supply Chain Solutions partnering services through its Buildbase, Plumbase and Jackson Building Centres brands and the bike proved a big draw.

“The other exhibitors were giving away pens and mugs, but we had a much more appealing exhibit,” says partnering manager, John Chesworth.

“Visitors just couldn’t resist the chance to sit on this impressive superbike and get their colleagues to take a photo.”
