Bristan prove they’re people pleasers

The Bristan Group is celebrating after retaining its Investor in People Award for another three years.
The accreditation, originally awarded six years ago and reviewed every three, recognises the company’s “strong culture of openness, friendly, family atmosphere and comprehensive communications strategy,” among other things.

Head of marketing Judith Gibbons said of the award: “We are very proud of our Investor in People Award, not least because the continuous improvements that it requires ensures that we are always striving to make the very most of every opportunity for every member of staff.”
