Padler has been with the Group’s parent company, Masco, for over 20 years.  He leaves the US-owned operation to take on a new CEO position for a European-based business at the end of this year.

Ellis has extensive experience in the kitchen and bathrooms business, and has spent 22 years at Bristan Group. He says: “It’s been a pleasure to work with such an admired leader as Darius.  During this time, the business has gone from strength to strength, gaining market share with our three brands; Bristan, Heritage and Cascade. We all wish Darius the very best for the future.

“We remain focused on keeping business flowing for our customers and continuing to deliver customer-inspired products and services.”
