Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Martin Mongan, CEO of Bristan Group, is to retire from his role at the end of the year. He will be replaced by Jen Cassidy, currently chief operating officer, who will be working closely with Mongan over the next nine months to transition into the role.
Cassidy joined Bristan in August 2021 following a career that includes senior roles with Wolseley, Kohler Mira and more latterly, Linn Products. Since joining Bristan, she has been instrumental in providing leadership across a broad range of functional areas, from brand and channel marketing to product design and management, sales, customer service, IT, and PMO.
