Bradstone upgrades its Assured scheme

Hard landscaping supplier Bradstone has invested in its Bradstone Assured scheme with the launch of a new market leading guarantee and a redesign of its customer facing web presence.
The Bradstone guarantee, which includes both a 10 year product guarantee and a five-year workmanship guarantee, will now come as standard on agreed work delivered by Bradstone Assured approved installers.

Accompanying the launch of the guarantee is a completely redesigned Bradstone Assured web presence. A more consumer-focused design, new engaging videos, simple iconography and a step by step process have all been created to maximise homeowner enquiries.

Installers now also have more control over their profiles and are able to include customer testimonials, awards achieved and links to social media profiles, as well as having the opportunity to upload up to 15 photos and/or videos of their work.

Toby Stuart-Jervis, commercial director for Bradstone said: “We’ve continually invested in Bradstone Assured throughout 2014 with our first installer conference in January, the launch of our incentive scheme for members, the recruitment of specialist Bradstone Assured managers and this latest investment to launch the Bradstone guarantee and upgrade our website.

“The history and credibility of the Bradstone brand, alongside the rigorous selection process for Bradstone Assured members, means that homeowners can already trust the quality they will receive through a Bradstone installer. However, the Bradstone guarantee provides the cast iron assurity that some homeowners are looking for while further supporting our installers with stand-out incentives to sell their services, which ultimately results in additional product pull through for our distributors.”
