The Bathroom Manufacturers Association has announced the dates and theme for its 2010 conference.
The event will take place at the Carden Park Hotel, just outside Chester on October 19 with the theme Customer Service.
Plans for the bathroom conference are well in hand” says Yvonne Orgill, chief executive of the BMA.
“This year we will be looking in detail at customer service and the customer experience, two vital ingredients for a good bathroom business, whether it is in manufacturing, merchanting, retailing or installation. There will be something for everyone.”
