Bcg welcome new managing director

Darran Rickards has been appointed as the new managing director of bcg, one of the UK’s leading distributors of heating, bathroom and kitchen products.
Rickards was previously Plumb and Parts Center’s regional trading director for London and the South East and has 27 years worth of experience in the industry to his name.

Other changes at the company involve Jonathan Eyre appointed as new sales director of a unified sales team, Allan Nutter installed as business improvement director, as well as Karen Turner being appointed as contact centre manager.

Rickards said: “These changes are all aimed squarely at making improved customer service our number one priority.

“There have been lots of changes at bcg over the past few years, but I’m looking forward to creating a period of stability and growth here. I want bcg to offer the best service to customers at the right price and to add value to their business.”
