Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
The conference programme for the annual Bathroom Manufacturers Association conference includes speakers from The Bank of England, Glenigan and The John Lewis Partnership.
The event takes place on October 19 at the Carden Park Hotel, nr Chester.
Topics covered will include the current state of the bathroom market and how the industry can develop its business, after the recession, by improving the customer experience and service.
Other speakers are from Warwick Business School and the Department of Energy and Climate Change. The key note speaker is Larry Hochman, former European Business Speaker of the Year who was Director of Customer Service at British Airways and the loyalty management company Air Miles.
