Arson about at Scottish builders merchant

A fire at Rossco Builders Merchants in Holehouse Brae, East Renfrewshire at the weekend is believed to have been started by vandals.

Several vehicles including a lorry were set alight and the damage is estimated to be over £20,000. The company specializes in timber decking and fencing.

The blaze was reported late on Sunday evening and two fire engines attended the incident.

Local police have confirmed they are investigating the incident as “wilful fireraising.”
