Builders Merchants Journal – BMJ Publishing to Builders Merchants and the UK merchanting industry for more than 95 years
Manufacturer and supplier of hard landscaping products to GB distributors, A&G (Acheson & Glover), has appointed Peter Turner to the position of commercial sales manager – GB distributors.
The new role within the company and has come about as a result of the increasing amount of business A&G has been doing with its wide base of merchant customers.
Turner, who has been with A&G for 4 years as regional sales manager for the South East and East of England has 29 years’ experience in the industry having previously been with builders merchant and manufacturers: EH Smith, Durox, Greenham Paving and Tubbs.
“It’s an exciting challenge but one that I’m looking forward to,” said Turner. “A&G’s distributor business is definitely growing and with a product range that will help distributors sell, I know there are great opportunities to develop this important sector of the market even more.”
