Over 60 independent builders merchants and suppliers took part in this year’s NMBS Golf Day, organised by NMBS, the independent builders merchant buying group.
Held at the Marriott Forest of Arden, the top scorer of the whole event was Darren Watson from Welsh independent Boys and Boden with an overall score of 39 points.
He said: “The NMBS Golf Day was a fabulous day and very enjoyable, especially winning. We were made to feel very welcome from the time we got there till the time we left. The course was in great condition and very enjoyable to play on. All in all the day was a great success, and everyone involved was brilliant.”
